Reiki for 30 Days - Charity Event - Just Giving 🙏


Starting on the 30th January through to 28th February 2025 I'm running a charity fundraiser for 'Mind' to support people with mental health problems.

It’s a difficult time, with many of us now feeling the impact of the cost of living crisis on our mental health and wellbeing, especially those of us with existing mental health problems. One in four of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year, and it’s so important that no one has to face this alone.

Each Day for 30 Days

30th January, through to 28th February 2025

Paul Nulty is offering a Free Distance Reiki Session to help raise money for ‘Mind' to Support people with Mental Health Problems.

Only 30 spaces are available to receive a 'Distance Reiki Session' please be advised that if you are planning on booking a Free Distance Reiki Session spaces will be subject to availability and will be available only through online booking on the Zen Life Wellness website.

Participants who have opted in to receive a Distance Reiki Session are not necessarily required to make a donation, however donations are most welcome.

If you are thinking about booking a Distance Reiki Session, Please be advised, You will be required to complete a short online lifestyle consultation form.

Shinrin-yoku and Reiki

  Shinrin-yoku is the Japanese health and healing art of Forest Bathing and a term associated with Forest Therapy. A recent post on Instagram from the Synthesis Institute suggests the idea of spending time in nature and as a health and healing method today known as "Shinrin-yoku" began in the 1980's with Scientific Studies confirming it's health benefits.
